Discover our various student apartments in the Cordeliers residence.
The residence offers a total of 163 equipped and furnished studios, ranging in size from 19 to 24 m2. Each apartment is equipped with a 140 cm bed and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. They also include a bathroom with a shower.
The residence offers 8 furnished and equipped two-room apartments with a surface area of 35 m2. Each apartment includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, as well as a living area with a sofa bed. A separate, fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower are also included in each apartment.
The monthly rate includes high-speed Internet access, water consumption and rental charges. It does not include comprehensive home insurance or electricity consumption. Apartment type depends on surface area and location within the residence.

In each apartment, the kitchen area includes a refrigerator, microwave, two hotplates, extractor fan, storage cupboard and crockery kit.
The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet.
The living area includes a 140cm bed, desk, wardrobe, open storage unit, table and chairs.
Each apartment is equipped with a hot water tank and electric convector heaters.
Unlimited high-speed internet access is available free of charge in all student rooms.

The rental period is flexible. It takes into account the different cycles and courses of study, and adapts to the mobility needs of today’s university and high school students.
French and foreign students can benefit from housing assistance (APL, ALS) to reduce rental costs. The management team can advise students (University, IUT, BTS, Erasmus, High School, Professional schools…) and provide the necessary documents to apply for this allowance.
